The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant was induced away by the petitioners and one Jatu Mahaldar when Jatu Mahaldar forcibly married with the informant and established forceful physical relationship.

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 10.01.2013, the First Information Report was lodged on 19.02.2013 and the thrust of accusation is against Jatu Mahaldar.

learned Counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is against Jatu Mahaldar, but since the informant was found to be minor by the doctor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.

However, the learned Court below may consider the prayer for regular bail to the above named petitioner if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Purnea Mahila Police Station Case No. 09 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

This application is accordingly disposed of.
