Admittedly, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, which is evident from perusal of paragraph-3 to this petition and, therefore, even if, it assumed that petitioners committed the alleged crime, then also, they are first offenders.
Accordingly, let petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)
