Accusation is of killing the aunt of the informant by causing burnt injury.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to accidental burnt injury when as per the own admission of the informant the marriage was performed eight years prior to the occurrence.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 326 of 2012.
