The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner took away the appointment documents of the daughter-in-law, who was appointed as Vikas Mitra from the office.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that raising the dispute with regard to the appointment of the daughter-in-law her appointment was terminated when the District Magistrate has ordered for reinstatement of the daughter-in-law on the basis of said post of Vikas Mitra.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the

event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
