The petitioners being the uncle and brother- |

their arrest in a case registered for the offences |

punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian PenalCode. |

laws house he was being brutally assaulted by in- |
|
laws family. Though the accusation has been found |
|
true under Section 306/34 of the I.P.C. |

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the |

petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the |
|
event of arrest or surrender before the learned |
|
court below within a period of twelve weeks from |
|
