2 15-05-2013 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 468 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is of withdrawing the benefits of Indira Awas Scheme by the petitioner being postmaster.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that payments were made through the accounts of the informant by proper identification by the panchayat representative but since the informant did not utilize the money in construction of the house under Indira Awas Scheme, hence frivolous case has been lodged to save his skin.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
