Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and diverse sections of the Arms Act.

On a secret information, the Officer-in-charge is said to have raided a place wherefrom four accused persons including the petitioner was/were arrested with fire arms and a mobile. As per the allegation, the petitioner was possessed with one loaded country made pistol. Learned counsel submits that similarly placed accused persons namely Mukesh Kumar @ Mahesh Kumar and Vijay Yadav @ Vijay Kumar have since been released on bail by this Court vide order contained in Annexure-4. It is stated that besides the present case, petitioner is accused in another case in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 6 of 2013 subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be own/close relative of the petitioner.
