As per the allegation, because of the torturous attitude of the petitioner the wife while living in her Naihar committed suicide.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased was living in her Naihar since last several years. The petitioner himself is a poor person who is in custody since 12.03.2013. The marriage had been solemnized between them about eight years ago.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hasua P.S. Case No. 137/2011 on
