Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

A road robbery was committed by unknown criminals whereunder motorcycle along with other items of informant was looted away.
Contention on behalf of petitioner is that neither he has been put on T.I. parade nor any sort of incriminating article has been recovered. The police to justify apprehension of petitioner got extra judicial confessional statement of co-accused and on the basis thereof submitted charge sheet. Also submitted that he happens to be under custody since 29.10.2012.
At the other hand, learned Additional P.P. opposed the prayer and submitted that prima facie there happens to be sufficient material against him.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Ajeet Kumar Verma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
