2 12-06-2013 The aforesaid three petitioners are the husband, wife and their son respectively. They are apprehending their arrest in a case registered by the brother of the petitioner no. 1 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the penal code as it is said that petitioner no. 1 has obtained Kisan Credit Card in the name of his wife and son by furnishing land possession certificate though there is no formal partition of the land between the petitioner no. 1 and the informant and thereby cheated the informant.

Be that as it may, let the petitioners above named surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 156 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 1771 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
