They are named in the First Information Report lodged by informant Sukhdeo Singh. Perusal of the First Information Report indicates that the accused persons are also said to have opened fire but from the injury report annexed with the petition it does not appear that any of the injured

suffered firearm injury. There is a counter version also, which is contained in First Information Report, Annexure-2.
Let petitioners (named above) surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in the light of the injury report. In the event, injury-report does not corroborate the prosecution story, as set out in the First Information Report, petitioners (named above) be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Saran in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 177/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
