3 04-06-2013 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in
connection with a case registered for the offence under
Sections147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 427, 307 and 435 of the penal
code and under Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act
on the allegation that 25-30 unknown miscreants set ablaze a truck
loaded with food grains which was being transported from one
godown of F.C.I. to another. The aforesaid case was registered on
10.11.2006 and the petitioners have been implicated in the
supplementary case diary after six years of the occurrence.
Besides the present case, they are not accused in any other case so
submitted by the counsel for the petitioners.
Let the petitioners named above surrender in the
court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production
of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail
which should be considered in the light of the submissions noted
above and in case the aforesaid submissions are found correct,
then the petitioners will be admitted to the privilege of bail on
furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S.
Case No. 150 of 2006.

coercive steps be taken against the petitioners.
