JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 2 03-06-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner lady is apprehending her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Penal Code. She is alleged to have applied for grant of benefit under Inira Housing Scheme on the premise that she is the wife of Jitendra Yadav who is the adopted son of Wakil Yadav. Wakil Yadav has come forward to state that he never adopted Jitendra Yadav as his son. On the basis of the statement of Wakil Yadav S.D.O., Kharagpur submitted Inquiry Report to the District Magistrate, Munger who directed under Memo No. 706 dated 24.3.2012 to launch prosecution against the petitioner. It is not disputed that petitioner is a member of the unprivileged section of the society.
