It is alleged that one Chhotu Kumar tried to appear at the physical test for recruitment of constables in place of the petitioner.
It is submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge about the issuance of admit card and non grant of bail would jeopardize the career of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Patna in connection with Hawai Adda
