JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 02-05-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in Kadamkuan (Kankarbagh) P.S. Case No. 597 of 2001 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned CJM, Patna.
It is alleged that one Rohan Sagar was appearing in place of the petitioner at the examination of First Regional Officer (PT) conducted by BPSC.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not aware about the institution of the case and the person who was appearing at examination in his place and non-grant of bail to the petitioner will jeopardize the career of the petitioner.
In view of this Court, it is fit case for consideration of regular bail.

the petitioner if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
