The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (iv) (xi) (xv) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the signatures of the informant and his wife were taken on pretext of getting the mutation done with regard to a land when it was converted into a forged registered power of attorney when the informant went to enquire on hearing of rumor that the sale deed is being executed on the basis of forged power of attorney then he was abused and assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant executed a power of

attorney on 03.02.2011 in favour of this petitioner and by virtue of that sale deed was executed on 22.09.2011 by this petitioner in favour of Parmila Devi, his wife when the other power of attorney was executed by the informant on 05.07.2011 in favour of Manish, the son of the petitioner and by virtue of that sale deed was executed in favour of Ranjeet on 26.07.2011 when other power of attorney which was executed by other family members of the informant in favour of petitioner side. It is further submitted that the registered powers of attorney cannot be doubted, hence, the sale deed executed on the basis of registered power of attorney cannot be questioned.

Considering the nature of accusation arising out of civil nature of dispute between the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District - Patna in connection with
