The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 326 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of causing injury to the informant and Bablu Giri by Mainuddin Miyan when it is alleged against these petitioners that they made assault with wooden plank.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that out of five injuries, four injuries have been found to be incised when fifth injury is of pain when informant has received one incised injury.
Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against Mainuddin Miyan, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
