JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 03-04-2013 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.12.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21359 of 2012 for extending the period of surrender and deposit of the undertaken amount of Rs. 6,00,000/-.
On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender be extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, when at the time of surrender the petitioner will deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- and the balance amount will be deposited within eight weeks from today.
The order dated 11.12.2012 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
Accordingly the modification application is disposed off.
