The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 31.8.2012 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months, if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the charge has been framed not a single witness has been examined. Though the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. but his name finds place on the confessional statement of coaccused Naresh Bhagat.
Hrnce, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
