It is alleged that the petitioner and one Ram Pravesh Rai entered into the bus and caused fire arm injury to the brother of the informant who died on the spot.

It is submitted that the accusation has been levelled due to political rivalry.

Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Shyamapur Bhataha P.S. Case no. 70 of 2011 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Sheohar.
