The petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. This Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order dated 13.09.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34150 of 2012. Let the learned court below consider regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that others have been granted regular bail by this Court if she surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 249 of 2011 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram. With this observation, the application is disposed off.
