ORAL ORDER 2 24-04-2013 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that Rs. 2,60,000/- was taken by the petitioner and Uttam Kumar for providing employment to the husband and sister’s husband of the complainant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to the payment when a statement has been made in para 12 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
