According to prosecution case itself, the petitioner played a role of mediator and neither he received any money nor fled away with the vehicle and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 17.08.2012.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Waris Nagar (Mathurapur) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2012.
