I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bihpur (Jhandhpur) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2012 pending in the court of SDJM, Naugachia, District-Bhagalpur is, again, rejected.
However, learned SDJM, Naugachia is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt of this order and if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within the above-said period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
Let copy of this order be communicated to the court of learned SDJM, Naugachia, District-Bhagalpur through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
