On the last date, learned counsels agreed that if respondent no.3 pays a total amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in favour of the petitioner, she will give up her entire claim of principal amount, interest or any other amount of compensation against respondent no.3.
Learned senior counsel for respondent no.3 has produced two bank drafts in the name of petitioner drawn on the State Bank of India, Patna Main Branch, numbered as 304477 and 304478, dated 19.9.2012 of Rs.50,000/- and Rs.1,00,000/- respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to receive
