3 24-09-2012 As per the case of petitioner, under valid orders of the officers of the BSNL, he executed the work of fire detection in the office of BSNL at Begusarai and completed the same to the satisfaction of the respondents. Thereafter, he submitted his bills. Submission is that some part of the bill has been paid, but the remaining part has not been paid and the security deposit has also not been refunded.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents had held an enquiry with regard to the work executed by the petitioner and had also accepted the dues of the petitioner, vide Annexure-2.
