| 2 | 04-09-2012 After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order cancelling the P.D.S. licence of the petitioner as also the appellate order before the Divisional Commissioner by filing revision. In case revision is filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, Divisional Commissioner, Purnea should not only condone the delay in filing the revision but considering the grounds taken in the revision petition, pass appropriate order in the matter. With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. |
