SINHA ORAL ORDER 3 06-12-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for removal of the encroachment in question Case No.2/2011 was initiated by the Circle Officer, Kalyanapur, East Champaran. It appears from the order dated 8.6.2012 that during the local inspection of the encroachment made by the Circle Officer the encroachment made by private respondent nos.5 to 7 was removed as they removed the earthen pot and the peg kept over the lands in question for feeding and protecting the cattle. It is submitted that after Circle Officer left the place the pot and peg was again placed
