2 05-12-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
State.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that
the Licensing Authority has not considered request of the
petitioner for grant of arms licence in the light of the order
dated 10.1.2012 (Annexure-1) passed by the Divisional
Commissioner, Patna in Arms Appeal No. 15/11.
3. Let District Magistrate, Rohtas (Sasaram)
consider request of the petitioner for grant of arms licence in
the light of the appellate order dated 10.1.2012, Annexure-1
within reasonable time not exceeding three months from the
date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before District
Magistrate, Rohtas (Sasaram).
4. The writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
