2 05-12-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 25.9.2012 passed in Demand Cancellation Case No.7/2012 as thereunder request of the petitioner to cancel the demand of lands in question made in favour of Md. Abbas has been rejected. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that demand of the lands in question in the name of Md. Abbas was opened on the basis of the forged settlement order. Aforesaid aspect of the matter can be better appreciated if petitioner assails the order dated 25.9.2012 before the appellate authority.

This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.9.2012 passed in Demand Cancellation Case No.7/2012 before

the appellate authority within 30 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order before the appellate authority.
