Considered the stamp report that this writ petition is not maintainable as one of the connected prayer made in the writ petition has already been considered in C.W.J.C. No.16860 of 2010 which was disposed of under order dated 3.5.2011. In such view of the matter, I am not in a position to proceed with this writ petition, which is, accordingly, disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 3.5.2011 by filing L.P.A. As limitation has already set in for filing the appeal, petitioner should be well advised to file limitation petition for condonation of delay in filing the L.P.A. against the aforesaid order.
