Petitioner has filed Misc. Measurement Case No. 20/11-12 on the basis of which notice dated 15.11.2011 was issued fixing 10.12.2011 as the date for measurement which is contained in Annexure-6 to the writ petition. Perusal of notice indicates that thereunder besides the petitioner, Respondent no.7 was also requested to be present at the site for measurement.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that measurement in the light of the direction contained in the notice dated 15.11.2011 was not made on 10.12.2011, as required police force was not made available.

Having heard counsel for the petitioner and the State, I direct the Circle Officer, who has entertained Misc. Measurement Case No. 20/11-12 and issued notice dated 15.11.2011 fixing 10.12.2011 as the date for measurement to ensure that the required measurement is made and appropriate final order passed in the measurement case within two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order before the Circle Officer, Amba.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
