Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28.6.2001, Annexure-1 passed by the Authorized Officer cum Divisional Forest Officer, Sahabad whereby Eicher tractor of the father of the petitioner has been confiscated as the same was found carrying 100 pieces of Patia(stones) and was subject matter of Forest Case No.82/F/2000 registered for the offences under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Forest Act.
