It is acknowledged that the name of the petitioner does not figure within the list of 34,540 persons approved by the Supreme Court for appointment as Assistant Teachers. No court of law can entertain any grievance with regard to such non-inclusion.
It is however contended that others who have obtained their training qualifications in the sessions 19791981 from the same educational institution like the petitioner have been considered and included within the

aforesaid list while the petitioner has been discriminated opining that her qualifications were from a fake institution. This shall prejudice the case of the petitioner if she applies in response to any future vacancies. The objections have not been considered and appropriate corrections have not been made.
Learned counsel for the Commission submits that any consideration of the objections on merits has to remain subject to the petitioner otherwise fulfilling the eligibility criteria that may be described for such future vacancies.
The writ application is disposed in the aforesaid
terms.
