It is acknowledged that the names of the petitioners do not figure within the list of 34,540 persons approved by the Supreme Court for appointment as Assistant Teachers.

No court of law can entertain any grievance with regard to such non-inclusion.
It is however contended that others who have obtained their B.T.(without Urdu) training qualifications in the sessions 1980-1982 and 1984-86 from the same educational institutions like the petitioners have been considered and included within the aforesaid list while the petitioners have been discriminated opining that their qualifications were from a fake institution. This shall prejudice the case of the petitioners if they apply in response to any future vacancies. Their objections have not been considered and appropriate corrections made.
Learned counsel for the Commission submits that any consideration of the objections on merits has to remain subject to the petitioners otherwise fulfilling the eligibility criteria that may be described for such future vacancy.
The writ application is disposed in the aforesaid
terms.
