JUSTICE NAVIN SINHA ORAL ORDER 2 29-08-2012 Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the State and the respondent University. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.6.2012. It terminates his appointment as an Assistant Teacher on the ground that his B. Ed. qualifications obtained from R. A. College of Education Alam Nagar, Madhepura in the examination held in the year 1997 was not valid and recognised. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his name figured within the list of 34540 persons approved by the Supreme Court pursuant to which the authorities made the appointment. If it was to be terminated for any reason thereafter depriving him of the appointment, principles of natural justice was to be followed. Without prejudice to the same it is submitted that the controversy with regard to the qualifications such as that of the petitioner is pending consideration before the Supreme Court in SLP (Civil)
