2 01-08-2012 The writ application seeks
examination/verification of the petitioner’s result for the Second Teachers’ Eligibility Test, 2011 or to produce the necessary answer sheet including the question paper.
He is stated to have secured 39 out of 150 and was therefore declared fail. As per his expectations he should have secured 70% marks because he had secured 65% marks in Matriculation, 50% in Intermediate and 50% in Graduation. A speculative pleading has been made that the Computer may have committed errors. There is no allegation of any infirmity in the selection process, errors of question and answers etc.
