2 01-08-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is fairly acknowledged that the petitioner’s name does not figure in the list of 34,540 persons approved by the Supreme Court and that no Court of Law can consider any objections with regard to non-inclusion.

But, it is submitted that the Supreme Court has directed consideration of objections so that the candidate is not prejudiced with regard to future vacancies. The petitioner was an applicant in the B.C. 1 Category belonging to the “Carpenter” caste. She has wrongly been shown as a general category candidate. The training qualifications were acquired in the session “1986-1988”.

Learned counsel for the respondents rightly submitted that any consideration on the objection has to be with regard to future vacancies subject to fulfillment for conditions of eligibility as may be prescribed.
