That writ application was dismissed by a learned Single Judge holding that the said petitioner had no right for employment under the respondent Corporation on which a mandamus can be issued. The said order was upheld by a Division Bench in LPA No.650 of 2006. The reasons given in the said order also applies to the case of the present petitioner as it emerges from identical set of facts. Writ application is dismissed for the reasons as above.
