2 09-07-2012 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner moulds the submission to submit that as and when the post of Assistant Teacher is advertised the petitioner may be considered in accordance with law.
Counsel for the Board rightly submits that it shall remain dependent upon the petitioner fulfilling the eligibility criteria as may be mentioned in the advertisement. The application is disposed in the aforesaid terms.
