The petitioner claims regularization on a ClassIV post contending that he has been working on daily wages since 27.1.1986. The law stands well settled that a daily wager has no right to a post and the question of regularization does not arise. But having said so, the contention of the petitioner that he was appointed on daily wages in 1986 along with certain others within the staffing pattern as mentioned in the order dated 29.2.2012 certainly merits consideration to direct that the respondents shall examine the grievance of the petitioner. If he was appointed with certain others within the staffing pattern and the others have been regularized on that ground, the claims of the petitioner may also merit
