The petitioner is stated to have been an applicant for the post of Primary Teacher. She is aggrieved by denial of appointment declaring that Angues Women’s Primary Teachers Training College, Lodepur, from where she obtained the training certificate was not recognised even while she claims that others who obtained training certificate from the same Institution have been considered for appointment.
Counsel for the Commission invites attention of the Court to the orders of the Supreme Court extracted at Annexure 8 that objection of such candidates is required to be considered appropriately in respect of future vacancies.
It has rightly been submitted on behalf of the Commission that notwithstanding the same any fresh consideration has to be dependent on her fulfilling the eligibility criteria as may be laid down in the new vacancy advertised.
