2 09-11-2012 The present anticipatory bail application has
been filed in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 220 of
2012 during the pendency of the anticipatory bail application of
the petitioner before learned Sessions Judge, East Champaran
at Motihari, since on 09.10.2012 learned Sessions Judge has
adjourned the matter for 05.04.2013.
This court highly deprecates this manner of
adjournment of anticipatory bail application by learned
Sessions Judge for several months.
The order dated 09.10.2012, to the extent of
adjournment of anticipatory bail application is hereby quashed.
It is expected from the learned Sessions Judge to
restrain himself in passing such order in future.
Let learned Sessions Judge dispose off the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45757 of 2012 (2) dt.09-11-2012

anticipatory bail application of the petitioner within a period of six weeks in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 220 of 2012.
