The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 365, 323 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners took the husband of the informant for getting manual work when the wages were not paid and since then the husband of the informant went missing.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband of the informant, who was working as domestic help in the house of the petitioners and committed theft when the petitioners side lodged Complaint Case No. 1168(C) of 2011 on 06.06.2011 when the present case has been lodged on 17.06.2011

when in para 10 of the case diary it has been recorded

that the husband of the informant has concealed himself somewhere to avoid the prosecution lodged by the petitioners side. It is further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

A statement has been made in para 13 that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail till conclusion of the investigation in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 187 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
