Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 466, 468, 471, 474 of the I.P.C. and Sections 7,8,10,12,32(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

It is alleged against petitioner Bimlesh Kumar and Rama Nand Kumar that they got themselves recruited in C.R.P.C. on the post of Constable on the basis of forged sports certificate, whereas it is alleged against petitioner Prem Chand Kumar that he contacted the kingpin Mukesh Kumar when Mukesh Kumar demanded Rs. 2,00,000/- from each candidate for which Rs. 5 to 6 lacs were paid to Mukesh Kumar when three candidates succeeded in getting appointment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no proof with regard to the actual payment when it is submitted on behalf of Bimlesh Kumar and Rama Nand Kumar that they did not join on the basis of alleged certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the C.B.I. that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted.

In that view of the matter, let learned Court below consider regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of eight weeks in connection with Special Case No. 04 of 2009, arising out of R.C. Case No. 01 of 2009, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, C.B.I.,
