2 17-12-2012 The petitioners apprehend arrest in relation to Complaint Case No 2940C of 2009 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Patna instituted under Sections 420, 506 of Indian Penal Code.
Heard Shri N K Malhotra, learned Senior Counsel in support of the application.
My attention is drawn to the complaint petition and it is submitted that firstly reading the complaint as a whose, at best, it is a civil dispute. He then submits that the complainant has not been able to produce a chit of paper to show that any amount has been paid to the petitioners. Complainant, on her own showing, stated that amount, if any, has been deposited in the

account of another person who has no relation with the petitioners.
Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender, the petitioners abovenamed are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna in Complaint Case No 2940C of 2009 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
