The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant was called by the petitioner through phone for taking account and administered liquor as a result of which he got unconscious when he gained consciousness he informed his brother who took him to hospital. It is submitted that due to money dispute accusation has been levelled and no injury was caused to the informant. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 14 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
