The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the complainant’s wife
was taken to the registry office for preparing the
document with regard to money taken by the
complainant’s side but fraudulently got a sale deed
executed.
It is submitted that for the same cause of
action, Title Suit No. 560 of 2010 has also been
filed.
Considering the nature of accusation, let
the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in
the event of arrest or surrender before the learned
court below within a period of twelve weeks from

today in connection with Complaint Case No. 2400 of
2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten

Procedure.
