2	23-11-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner
	and the State.
	The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in
	a case registered for the offences punishable under
	Sections 341, 323,324, 379, 504 and 506 of the
	Indian Penal Code.
	The accusation is of making assault when Md.
	Rafique assaulted with Khanti on the head of the
	informant’s husband when Rs. 1100/- was snatched. It is submitted that three bruise injuries have been found which are simple in nature and only
	one injury has been found to be grieveous which is
	not against the petitioner when Title Suit is
	pending between the parties from before.
	Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
	petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned

court below within a period of twelve weeks from
today in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 221
of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten
Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Purnea,
subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
