The petitioner being the agnates of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury with farsa on the head of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple when the accusation has been levelled in the background of the land dispute. A statement has been made in para 7 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
